Meltlab Software

is the most advanced Thermal Analysis system for foundries in the world. It's measurements are more accurate and more dependable than anything the competition has to offer. It has been used in iron to measure C.E. carbon, silicon, inoculation shrinkage, nodularity, magnesium, pearlite, and nodule count. In aluminum MeltLab it is used to control TiB and strontium additions, and to check magnesium and copper levels. Other applications include controlling phosphorus in copper and nickel, and even making silver alloys.

GSPC Software

GSPC or Graphic Statistical Process control is a means to capture and share process data though out the foundry as well as to archive information for later analysis and comparison. The software package includes data capture programs for various spectrometers, sand, brinnel, thermal analysis, and other foundry specific data collection centers. Display information is brought to the floor by software called Process windows that shows data and graphics with color coding for tests out of range and tending out of range. Graphic Analysis is a tool to investigate past data with speed and power using statistics and graphics.
