2009 Service Contracts are now available for MeltLab and GSPC. Service Contracts allow unlimited telephone and email support and downloads of the latest version of MeltLab as well as email notifications of changes and improvements to the program.
2009 Calibration and Maintenance Contracts are also available for MeltLab clients. These contracts provide on site calibration of MeltLab on two levels: electrical calibration and chemical calibration as well as extending the warranty on the MeltLab Converter box. This contract requires a current Service Contract. If you would like to receive notifications of new changes and new additions to the program by email and are not currently a service contract holder, please send us your email address and we will include you in the notifications emails. If you are a service contract holder you might want to make sure you are on the list. Sometimes the only email address we have is that of the purchasing agent or someone higher up in the company who is not concerned with the day to day operation. DUCTILE IRON MICRO ANALYSIS is now available in MeltLab. This method samples fully treated and inoculated ductile iron and reports nodularity, nodule count, ferrite, and locates carbides and shrinkage defects. Read more in the Software Options for Meltlab XP!
