GSPC or Graphic Statistical Process control is a means to capture and share process data though out the foundry as well as to archive information for later analysis and comparison. The software package includes data capture programs for various spectrometers, sand, brinnel, thermal analysis, and other foundry specific data collection centers. Display information is brought to the floor by software called Process windows that shows data and graphics with color coding for tests out of range and tending out of range. Graphic Analysis is a tool to investigate past data with speed and power using statistics and graphics.
