GSPC 9000
GSPC or Graphic Statistical Process control is a means to capture and share process data though out the foundry as well as to archive information for later analysis and
comparison. The software package includes data capture programs for various spectrometers, sand, brinnel, thermal analysis, and other foundry specific data collection
centers. Display information is brought to the floor by software called Process windows that shows data and graphics with color coding for tests out of range and
tending out of range. Graphic Analysis is a tool to investigate past data with speed and power using statistics and graphics.
The GSPC package is customized to the individual foundry with only the data collection programs needd. The return on investment, based on the same work being preformed by
a technician, is only a few months, and gives the supervisor/superentendent the power to instantly investigate any foundry process in seconds.

Graphic Analysis
allows the superintendent to search months or even years of data quickly. Multiple graphic presentations, and full statistical calculations are provided. Easily clip and paste graphics or data tables into
MS Word or Excel.

Spectrometer Analysis
can tie into Spectro, ARL, Baird, OBLF and other populsr spectrometers, then check the chemistry for ranges, transmit the data to the melters, and file the
data to GSPC. Works with exiting OEM software to enhance and simply record keeping and increase analysis speed. Additional options can calculate charge corrections.
