At times it may be useful to send us files to look at a problem, to have us fine tune your setup, or to
consider the interpertation of a curve. For that, we ask you to compress the files into a stanard zip format
and send them to us. Since security often blocks emailing large files, we have provided a more security friendly
way of doing this. Sending us a file or two
