Process Windows
Process Windows allows a real time view of processes though out the plant. Each window can be tied to a different process or multiple windows can view different data from the same process. In addition, the program can pick out the latest data from multiple processes. For instance, regardless of which grade a furnace is running today, the most recent results and metal grade are displayed along with color coding any variables that are out of range or trending out of range. Process Windows is available to any computer on the local network, and data sets can be configured differently for different users. Data and graphics can be mixed, and the most recent data screen (example below) can be seen with one mouse click.
