Maintenance Contract Details

To maintain your software and provide continuing support, FIS and MeltLab Systems offer you the following details:

  1. Yearly upgrades - This provides you with updated programming though the website download feature. These include new features, fixes for problems reported to us, and adaptations for the shifting changes in the operating system due to Microsoft. Telephone and email support is included in this option.
  2. On site training and retraining - Part of the "Peter Principle" is that, over time, you will promote or loose your trained people. Onsite training/retraining keeps your people up to date.
  3. Yearly or semi-annual checkup, archiving, calibration - Your software does a lot of things. The MeltLab system should be recalibrated both electrically, and for silicon on a regular basis. Your internal experts can do this or you can have us provide ISO certification. Likewise, your Foundry Information Systems generate a lot of information. This data should be archived yearly and the data files cleaned up and reorganized for faster searching. An annual or semi-annual checkup keeps your system in top shape.
