on to another job, and bad things happen. If you call with a technical problem, you have our full attention
until your problem is fixed.

Extended parts warranty on your MeltLab Converter box contents. The parts are electronic, and, though we
have used very high quality parts, they will eventually fail. We will express mail you replacement parts
should any fail if you will keep your service contract current. Sorry, we can’t do this if you purchase a
service contract only after you have hardware problems. It is insurance and not meant to cover existing problems.

receive the password to unlock the software with your service contract.

Free advice on thermal analysis issues. Use email to ask questions or send us your files for our thoughts
and analysis on what might be an issue to you. We work with foundries to develop enhancements and new TA
techniques. Current projects are quantifying the size of carbides (iron), shrink, beta crystals (aluminum)
and many of the other deleterious arrests we sometimes see.
